Homes 4 Wiltshire applications can be completed either Online or in Paper form. Each month we receive varying numbers of applications which must be processed, assessed and activated by the Homes 4 Wiltshire Team. Lettings by Band and Property Type

Homes 4 Wiltshire allocated almost 2000 properties in the last year (from April 1st 2010 - March 31st 2011) and these have been across all of the bandings. The information below shows how many of each property type were allocated to each band. This information also highlights that the highest proportion of allocations has gone to applicants within the Gold banding.

Lettings by Applicant Type

Homes 4 Wiltshire identify applications into three categories;

Homeless - Applicants who have been accepted as Statutorily Homeless.

Transfer - Applicants currently the tenant of a Homes 4 Wiltshire Partner Landlord Property.

Housing - For all other Applicants.
