Evergreen Court is independent living for over 55yrs of age. Residents can access communal laundry facilities, communal lounge, mobility scooter room, hairdressers, assisted bathroom and guest room. There is also and onsite community café. The property no longer has access to a Lifeline service, residents who require a Lifeline service will need to arrange their own provision independently. Please note that, due to the presence of vulnerable tenants within the scheme, we are unable to allocate the property to applicants with drug or alcohol dependency.
