Homes4Wiltshire is the place to find affordable housing in the Wiltshire Council area, plus information on other housing options available. It is a Choice Based Lettings scheme for people in housing need seeking alternative accommodation. Choice Based Lettings (CBL) schemes like Homes4Wiltshire operate by means of ‘bids’ or expressions of interest in advertised homes from customers in housing need. Homes4Wiltshire is a partnership between Wiltshire Council and about 30 Registered Providers (housing associations) providing affordable homes in Wiltshire Council’s area.
We have approximately 3,000 households on the Homes4Wiltshire register and more than 2,000 new applications each year, with about 1750 properties being advertised each year. If you are thinking about applying for re-housing, you can speak to us on 0300 456 0104.
