Wiltshire Council are pleased to offer a 1-bedroom, 2-person first floor flat within a sheltered scheme in Salisbury city centre. The property is part of a sheltered scheme and therefore residents can access communal laundry facilities, communal lounge, and guest room. The property comprises of a living room, one double bedroom, a bathroom with wet room, wc and basin, a very small kitchen with space for a electric oven and under fridge. This property is not suitable for applicants who require an adapted property and cannot be adapted further. The property is offered on an unfurnished basis, without carpets, curtains, or white goods. Unallocated off-road parking is available. The property no longer has access to a Lifeline service, residents who require a Lifeline service will need to arrange their own provision independently.
