The property is located within walking distance of one mini supermarkets. There are excellent bus links to Salisbury City Centre and surrounding areas. The property comprises of a living room, single bedroom area, a bathroom a shower over bath, wc and basin, a kitchen with space for a washing machine and electric cooker. Externally the property benefits from a small rear garden and a brick built shed at the bottom of the stairs.
