Wiltshire Council are pleased to offer a 2-bed 4-person ground floor apartment with wet room within Evergreen Court, Amesbury. Evergreen Court is independent living for over 55yrs of age. Residents can access communal laundry facilities, communal lounge, mobility scooter room, hairdressers, assisted bathroom and guest room. There is also and onsite community café. Due to the presence of vulnerable residents within the scheme, we are unable to match applicants who are currently experiencing drug or alcohol-related difficulties. The property comprises of hallway, wet room, kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms, Kitchen has integral oven and hob which are being gifted.
