Furnishing a home

Help with furniture, white goods, kitchen equipment and other materials for a new home

Anyone on a low income setting up a home may find it costly to furnish and have the things they need to live comfortably in their new home.  There are many local charity shops in the area and some offer delivery for a reasonable fee, please see below.

Other options could be to look at local selling pages on Facebook, Gumtree (www.gumtree.com), Freecycle (www.freecycle.org/browse/UK), Ebay (www.ebay.co.uk), Preloved (www.preloved.co.uk).  You would need to discuss with sellers with regards to delivery and/or local pick up.
